Terms of service

These Terms of Service form the binding contract between XYRPHOS LIMITED (trading under brand Glimint) and any customer accessing our website and purchasing jewellery products.

1. Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all browsing, site usage, account creation, quotation and purchase transactions on the Glimint website. By visiting, registering or submitting an order, you accept these terms fully.

2. Contract Parties & Eligibility

Contract parties: XYRPHOS LIMITED (the Merchant) and the individual customer placing the order. To use our store and complete purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or hold parental consent if under 18. You warrant you have legal authority to enter purchase contracts.

3. Products and Services

All jewellery product descriptions, photos, renderings and specifications serve only as illustration. Slight colour variation due to screen display, lighting and material texture may occur; pictures are not an exact contractual replica of received goods. Product availability is subject to real-time stock status. We reserve rights to withdraw or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All displayed prices include applicable sales tax where required. Shipping charges are added separately according to our Shipping Policy. Accepted payment options include major credit cards, debit cards and approved digital payment gateways shown on checkout. Payment will be captured at the moment you submit and confirm your checkout order. Billing authorisation and fraud screening will be performed. If payment authorisation fails, your order will not be processed.

5. Ordering Process

Customers select items, add to cart and complete checkout to submit an order request. A binding sales contract comes into force only once we send the official order confirmation email to your inbox. We retain the authority to decline or cancel orders for reasons such as stock exhaustion, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or delivery destination restrictions.

6. Complaints and Warranty

To submit a complaint about defective, non-compliant merchandise, email support@xyrphos.com quoting your order number and supporting evidence. Consumers hold statutory rights for faulty goods. Valid quality defects will be handled via repair, product replacement or refund based on assessment outcome. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, and it excludes damage from improper wear, impact, chemical exposure or normal wear and tear of jewellery.

7. Customer Obligations

You agree to supply accurate, complete shipping, billing and contact information when ordering. You may only use our website for lawful shopping purposes. You are prohibited from attempts of fraudulent orders, bot scraping, hacking, abusing discount codes or submitting false information.

8. Intellectual Property

All website text, jewellery imagery, brand logo, graphic assets and copywriting belong to XYRPHOS LIMITED. No visitor may reproduce, copy, distribute or reuse our site materials for commercial use without our written permission. Limited personal viewing only is granted.

9. Liability & Force Majeure

To maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from product use or website access. We are not accountable for performance failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, border restrictions, carrier shutdowns, pandemic restrictions and industrial strikes.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where XYRPHOS LIMITED is registered. In case of disagreement, parties will first try friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales. Alternative dispute resolution channels are available for consumers as required by UK consumer law.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data collection and processing is governed fully by our standalone Privacy Policy available on our website.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

UK consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Within fourteen calendar days after receiving your jewellery parcel, you may cancel your purchase without stating any justification. You must notify us in writing via email to exercise this right. Goods must be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

13. Updates to Terms

We maintain the right to revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on our website. Continued website use after updates take effect counts as acceptance of revised clauses.
